Shipping Information
Ethree Collective offers free USPS Ground shipping on U.S. orders over $150. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak or holiday seasons. If you require upgraded shipping, please contact our customer care team at ethreecollective@gmail.com before placing your order.
All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on package size and destination. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on location.
We also offer a USPS Priority Mail option. Priority shipping does not reduce processing time and only expedites transit once the package has shipped. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for processing before Priority Mail orders are sent.
If you place multiple orders, they may be automatically combined and shipping costs prorated. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect combined shipments.
Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer
Ethree Collective is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged items, or packages marked as delivered by USPS or UPS. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, it is outside of our control. We do not refund shipping fees if a carrier fails to meet estimated delivery times.
All packages are insured for up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, you must file a claim directly with the carrier by contacting USPS Claims Support or UPS Claims Support.
Returns
We accept returns of full-priced merchandise only within 7 days of delivery for store credit (Ethree Collective gift card). Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and approved prior to return. Items sent back without approval will not receive store credit and will require payment for return shipping back to the customer.
Returned items must be free of odors, excessive pet or human hair, makeup marks, or other signs of wear. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be denied or issued partial credit. If an item is deemed damaged upon return, you may choose to purchase a shipping label to have the item returned to you.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be inspected, processed and gift card to be issued from the day it is delivered to our warehouse.
A maximum of 7 return items per customer per month is allowed. See below details.
Return Shipping
A $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit if you use our prepaid return label. Multiple returns may be shipped together in one package. Once a return label is issued, items must be shipped within 7 days or a $10 restocking fee will apply.
Returns must be sent in appropriate packaging. USPS size guidelines must be followed. If additional carrier fees are incurred due to improper packaging, those fees will be deducted from your store credit.
If you choose to use your own return shipping label, the $8.95 fee will not be deducted. You must email tracking information to ethreecollective@gmail.com.
Final Sale Items
Items discounted 20% or more, Warehouse, Claim Game, and Sale items, Holiday 2025 collection, Accessories, swimwear, athletic leggings, athletic shorts (biker shorts) jumpsuits, graphic tees, sweatshirts, pajamas, tubs, and custom Ethree Lifestyle products, and all Claim Game purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are not offered due to limited inventory.
Preorders
Preorder items include an estimated ship date listed on the product page. Shipping delays from vendors may occur and are outside of our control. Preorders cannot be canceled once placed. If a preorder must be canceled by Ethree Collective, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. If a preorder item has been delayed by a manufacturer by over 30 days past original estimated ship date, you are allowed to request a cancellation.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact customer care at ethreecollective@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted. Damage caused by improper care, wear, or sizing issues does not qualify as a defect.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days after your return is received for processing. Once completed, you will receive your store credit via email.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ethree Collective is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified after checkout, except in limited circumstances.
International Orders
Ethree Collective ships internationally. International orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery taking 1–4 weeks depending on destination. All international orders are final sale. Tracking availability may vary by country, and once shipped, international packages are outside of our control.

Return Limits
Because our collections are small-batch and seasonal, returns are limited to 7 items per month. This helps us manage inventory, keep prices fair, and continue offering fresh, high-quality pieces.
