Shipping Details
FREE USPS GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150 PLACED IN THE US. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE HOLIDAY SEASON AS IT MAY DELAY USPS PACKAGES. If you need to upgrade shipping please reach out to our customer care team. ethreecollective@gmail.com
Ethree Collective is NOT responsible for delays with US postal service or UPS shipping. Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. We do ALWAYS carry up to $100 worth of insurance on ANY package sent, so if you receive a damaged package or have a lost package, file a claim with the carrier by googling UPS Claims Support or USPS Claims Support. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time. Once we drop an item off at USPS, it is out of our control completely. We have no affiliation with USPS and cannot control shipping times or delivery. Please contact USPS for ANY issues.
We use USPS- Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location. Please allow 3-5 for processing before your package is shipped. Once your item is shipped it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located. If you need upgraded shipping please reach out via customer service email and we will do our best to get it to you in time.
PRIORITY MAIL OPTION
We now offer a priority mail option through USPS, please keep in mind that this option does NOT speed up our processing time of 2-3 days, it simply speeds up shipping times with USPS. Please allow up to three days before your item is shipped with priority mail express.
If you have multiple combined orders we will automatically combine your orders and we will prorate shipping cost. No need to email us. (: Please give your packages up to 24 hours to update with shipping information if one order got fulfilled and another didn't. We did combine them, it may just need time to update.
RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes online orders do not work out. Ethree will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit (Ethree collective gift card) within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS. We believe one week from delivery is enough time to try on and item and decide if it will work for you or not. Items must not contain an excessive amount of human or animal hair and must not contain any smoke smell. Items that do not meet these requirements will be subject to denial. Any items that get returned with makeup marks or smears will not receive full credit. We then have to take time to clean the item and then sell it discounted on our lightly loved tab at a discounted price. If you receive an email that your item was damaged upon return arrival, you do have the option to buy another shipping label and get the item back.
Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more and items in a WAREHOUSE OR SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, athletic leggings and jumpsuits, graphic tee's, pjs, sweatshirts, swimwear, & tuber ware
** CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY ALLOWED 7 ITEMS TO RETURN A MONTH **
The cost of return shipping, $8.95 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (ethree collective giftcard) You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. Simply head to our "Start a Return" page and log in to our self serve return portal to start your return.
You have 7 days from the date the return label is sent to ship back your items. Items sent after this time period will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
PLEASE send packages in their original packaging or make sure to follow the USPS common package size. 10x13 polymailer or 14x19 polymailer. boxes cannot exceed 12in wide and 12 in tall. This is the largest box Ethree sends. If you do not follow the ground shipping rules, we will have to pay extra fees to retrieve your return in which those fees as well as a screenshot of the receipt will be sent to you then deducted from your e-gift card.
If you choose to use our PREPAID ground shipping return label, DO NOT send your return in a priority package. We will have to pay extra fees from USPS to retrieve your package.

- Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. If in the rare case you were sent a pair of shoes out of the box, please email us and let us know they will be coming back without a box (:
- Ethree collective does not offer any exchanges at the time due to low inventory.
- All returns need to be returned in original condition, with tags, buttoned up and folded appropriately. If these guidelines are not followed, an $10 restocking fee will be deducted from store credit.
- Please note you are able to provide your own return shipping label once your return is accepted. We do always offer a return label to you, however we are not charged for it until it is used. If you choose to use your own shipping label, please email us the tracking information to ethreecollective@gmail.com once it is sent. If you choose to use your own shipping label, the $8.95 store credit will NOT be deducted.
- Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, cancelled or modified after checkout. some exceptions apply.
- you have 30 days from issue date of your store credit to use it! It will expire if it is not used within that time frame.
Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care, ethreecollective@gmail.com, within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within twp days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing by the customer.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping.
How Long will it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-10 business days once your return reaches our PO box, to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible is a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact our customer care via email at ethreecollective@gmail.com If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to show. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
International Orders- WE ARE NOW SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!
- Please note we ship out all international orders within 3-5 business days. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any international purchases. It can take 1-4 weeks for your package to reach you depending on where the package is going. Please use the tracking information provided. please keep in mind that some countries do not include door to door tracking. Once your package is shipped it is out of our control.
